Misters FAQ

You first must determine which style mister you are working with. Please reference the images below to determine which set of replacement parts pertain to your mister.

Don't throw that old Mister out! If you have visited our FAQs and are still unable to fix your old Mister, you can order a new handle here! Does not include nozzle.

*PLEASE NOTE- This handle replaces the Ultra Pump Bottle Misters handle, identified by the metal plunger shown. If your handle has a plastic plunger please order the Replacement Handle for Pressure Relief Mister.

Trouble Shooting for the Original Pressurized Handles

Problem: We lost the tip to our Mister.

Solution: Order a Complete Nozzle Kit from our online catalog which includes a complete nozzle, extra tip, and an O-Ring to fix your Mister. $1.25 plus shipping.

Problem: My kid dropped it and broke the nozzle.

Solution: Order a Complete Nozzle Kit from our online catalog which includes a complete nozzle, extra tip, and an O-Ring to fix your Mister. $4.00 including shipping.

Problem: I over-pumped it and the bottle cracked.

Solution: Order a replacement bottle from our catalog for $5.00 plus shipping.

Problem: I filled it with water and, when I pump it, it doesn't pressurize.

Solution: There could be a few problems.

Most commonly, the O-Ring fell out of the handle. Look in the handle and if you don't see the O-Ring, look at where you unscrewed the handle from the bottle and, most likely, it's there on the ground. If you can't find it, order a Complete Nozzle kit from our catalog that includes an O-ring for $3.50 including shipping.
Another reason may be that the large inner tube is not tight. Check to see if it's tight
Check the bottle for cracks in the neck at the threading. To check this; first, make sure there is an O-Ring in the handle. Then fill a sink with water and do not put any water in the bottle and pump it about 20 times. Then submerge the bottle completely under the water and look to see if you see any bubbles coming from the neck. If you do then there is most likely a crack in the neck.Solution: The bottle must be replaced. $5.00 plus shipping from our online catalog.

Problem: The Mister keeps spraying and won't stop.

Solution: The Nozzle is not tight. Tighten the Nozzle and the Mister will stop spraying.

Problem: My mister drips from the tip every now & then.

Solution: Replace the White Seal in the Nozzle. This is free, call us.

Problem: I have water leaking through the top of the Mister by the pump.

Solution: The little flap on the bottom of the Large Tube is not seating well, so the Large Tube will need to be replaced.Order a replacement handle for only $5.00 plus shipping from our catalog.
